    Description:

    Vibra Healthcare, a national operator of long term acute care hospitals (LTACH) and acute rehabilitation hospitals, is seeking a Full Time Payroll Coordinator to join our team!

     

    The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for timely input of payroll related items for assigned location(s) including but not limited to:

    • Keying of all payroll related items for assigned location(s) including but not limited to new hires, status changes, terminations, voluntary and involuntary deductions including wage withholding orders(garnishments, child support, tax levies), direct deposit input. 
    • Processing of bi-weekly payroll that will include transferring data from time and attendance to payroll, generating payroll checks and vouchers and completing of payroll processing in accordance with company policies for assigned location(s) and all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
    • Reviewing of time cards and reports for any errors that may have occurred that the location didn’t correct.
    • Processing and reviewing reports to ensure accuracy
    • Working with locations of any payroll related issues that may arise and working towards a resolution

     

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    • Previous payroll experience is required, experience in a healthcare payroll setting is preferred.
    • Two or more years related experience required. 
    • Must have good computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word.
    • Requires the ability to generate reports and meet timelines in an accurate and efficient manner.
    • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to promote a "team" environment.
    • Ability to work with deadlines, under pressure and to manage multiple tasks.
